Shengji has 23-year’s experience in manufacturing tubing and casing. Shengji
set up thread upsetting production line in 1999 and designed Shengji premium
thread in 2011. The product quality is stable and reliable. The annual
production reaches 100,000 tons. The products have been provided in the U.S.A,
Canada, Venezuela, India Kazakhstan and etc.

Shengji is one of the leading manufacture of OCTG tubing in China. Shengji
owns 8 thread processing lines, 2 upsetting lines (the 1st upsetting line among
oil field API 5ct tubing Manufacturers in China), 1 leading domestic steel pipe
overall heat treatment line, 1 surface rust removal line and NDT line. Shengji
produces 120,000 tons of OCTG tubing every year, for its domestic and
international markets. Every OCTG tubing is manufactured as per the API 5CT
certification which Shengji obtained 10 years ago. Shengji has adopted strict
quality inspection with the help of high-tech test tools to ensure ever OCTG
tubing meet customer requirements.

They are stable and reliable. The available Shengji seamless casing range
from 4-1/2’’to 20’’ with material grades H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C95, P110,
13Cr etc. The thread options available include STC.BTC.LTC.

We have API certificate for our OCTG Tubing, OCTG Casing and Coupling for
more than 25 years.

We have our own physical lab for API OCTG tubing and Chemical lab, and also
equipment for wellhead equipments.
