Advanced digestion vessel design
The specially designed vessels feature an auto-vent and self-resealing mechanism. When sudden over-pressure occurs, the system automatically releases pressure and immediately reseals, reducing sample loss and preventing vessel damage. -
Contactless temperature and pressure monitoring system
Each vessel is equipped with an imported IR sensor that measures real-time solution temperature rather than vessel wall temperature. A non-contact pressure sensor monitors each vessel individually, ensuring accurate condition tracking while preventing cross-contamination. Real-time data is displayed throughout the entire digestion process. -
Large method storage capacity
The system supports up to 255 programmable digestion methods. Each method can include up to 10 steps with adjustable parameters such as temperature, pressure, time, and microwave power, enabling standardized and flexible laboratory workflows. -
Multi-layer safety protection system
A combination of a double-lock safety door, real-time monitoring, automatic over-pressure and over-temperature correction, and abnormal sound detection ensures stable and secure operation under high-energy digestion conditions.
