Excellent fiber mesh structure
Three-dimensional random arrangement: The fibers are randomly distributed in
three dimensions, with good isotropy, and the strength ratio in the longitudinal
and transverse directions (MD/CD) is close to 1:1.
High loft: The fiber web structure is loose, with a soft hand feel, and it
has excellent liquid absorption and heat preservation properties.
High production flexibility
It has a wide range of applicable fibers: It can process various short fibers
such as cotton, linen, polyester, viscose, polypropylene, and ES fibers. It is
especially suitable for processing short-length regenerated fibers and fragile
fibers that are difficult to comb mechanically.
Wide range of grammage: It can produce fiber webs from ultra-low grammage
(10g /m²) to relatively high grammage (above 200g /m²).
A wide variety of products: widely used in the production of hygiene
materials (such as the surface layer and flow guide layer of diapers and
sanitary napkins), medical materials, thermal insulation fillers, wiping cloths,
filter materials, etc.
