Low Cost Maintenance

The scroll compressor air end has few vulnerable parts, significantly reducing the possibility of part replacement. At the same time, the replacement cycle of spare parts is long, it is convenient to use, requires less maintenance work, and has low maintenance costs.

Under normal circumstances, it includes four parts of maintenance.

(1) Air Filter : Per 2500 hours / 6 months replace.(Depends on the specific usage condition)

(2) Driven Belt: Per 2500 hour / 1 year replace.(Depends on the specific usage condition)

(3) Add Grease: Per 5000 hour / 2 years  add

(4) Replace Tip Seal: Per 5000 hour / 2 years  replace
